A note from me

Hi there! I'm Dr Katherine Iscoe.

I created this community (including the free 9-Day Experience) after years of watching capable, kind, driven people tie themselves in knots trying to be “good” and “successful” at the same time.

I want to offer it at no cost because everyone deserves support, I know I needed it myself, and I didn’t always have it.

I want to create a filter-free, non-judgmental space where you can grow at your own pace, without feeling like you’re behind or that something is “wrong” with you.

This is for anyone who’s ever felt stuck, compared themselves to everyone else, or thought they should have it all together... here, we’re in the same boat, and we’ll navigate it together.

This is that starting point. If you choose to go deeper later, great! (And yes, there will be options for paid services in time, just not quite yet!)
